The aims and objectives of the club are to support and encourage amateur radio communications and the use of computers for communication purposes.<\/p>\n
The full club constitution document can be viewed and downloaded\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Full Membership runs from\u00a01st July to 30th June\u00a0inclusive.<\/p>\n Our AGM is held in May each year where subscription fees are set and officers\/committee members are elected. This includes additional roles like\u00a0Barscom Editor\u00a0and\u00a0Webmaster.<\/p>\n The Committee meets at least every two months, with updates shared during meetings and through the club magazine and website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n When meeting at Stisted Village\u00a0Hall or other venues, we ask all attendees to contribute a\u00a0\u00a32.00 door fee. This helps cover hall rental and refreshments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Raffles are held at each in-person meeting. Tickets cost\u00a0\u00a31.00, and there are usually several prizes \u2014 winners are rarely kept waiting!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Bank Transfer:\u00a0Speak to Treasurer Colin (M6NCU) for details.
