Membership
Full Membership runs from 1st July to 30th June inclusive.
Our AGM is held in May each year where subscription fees are set and officers/committee members are elected. This includes additional roles like Barscom Editor and Webmaster.
The Committee meets at least every two months, with updates shared during meetings and through the club magazine and website.
Membership Subscriptions
For the current year:
To apply for membership, simply attend a meeting and speak to a committee member. Or download a membership application form here and bring it along or post it to the address on the form.
Payment Options
Club Meetings
When meeting at St Peter’s Church Hall or other venues, we ask all attendees to contribute a £2.00 door fee. This helps cover hall rental and refreshments.
Raffle Tickets
Raffles are held at each in-person meeting. Tickets cost £1.00, and there are usually several prizes — winners are rarely kept waiting!
